Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts are two conjoined resorts located in the Epcot Resort Area. Both are New England themed resorts that share amenities. You can walk to Epcot from here and take a short boat ride to Hollywood Studios.

Disney’s Yacht Club Beach Club Resorts Orlando:

These two resorts are connected and share all amenities. The main pool Stormalong Bay is a large 3-acre pool that features a shipwreck and lagoons.

You can rent a cabana at the pool or enjoy a drink from Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar and Grill or get a milkshake from Beaches and Cream’s To Go window. Enjoy dinner at the restaurants or get some food quickly from one of the marketplaces.

Resort Map:

The resorts sit together nestled around Crescent Lake. Enjoy a short walk to Epcot from here as well.

Use the marina to rent a boat for a fishing excursion or take a boat ride to Hollywood Studios.

Location:

The resorts are located in the Epcot Resort area.

Resort Rooms:

The rooms are pretty much set up the same at both The Yacht Club and The Beach Club.

The main difference is the theming of the rooms. The Yacht Club is a themed after a New England-style yacht club and the Beach Club is themed after New England seaside cottages like at Cap Cod.

They have a variety of standard rooms with different bed setups, 1 and 2 bedroom suites and villas, along with Club level options.

Standard Room:

2 Queen Beds and 1 Twin-Size Sleeper Chair or 1 King Bed and 1 Day Bed or 1 King Bed or 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin-Size Sleeper Chair and 1 Day Bed.

Deluxe Views Garden, Woods, or Water View Room:

1 King Bed and 1 Day Bed or 1 King Bed or 1 Queen Bed and 1 Day Bed and 1 Twin-Size Sleeper Chair or 2 Queen Beds and 1 Day Bed or 2 Queen Beds.

All Standard rooms sleep up to 5 Adults.

Standard King Bedroom:

Beach Club Club level features a small fridge, coffee and tea station, patio or balcony and Personalized Guest Services. Plus, enjoy access to the Stone Harbor Club. Yacht Club Club level features the Personalized Guest Services and access to the Regatta Club. Both Clubs have the full concierge services.

Villas:

Villas are much like the other Villas we have discussed. They feature a full kitchen area, washer and dryer, separate bedrooms, and a living room.

1 Bedroom Villa:

Views of Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Woods, Pool or Courtyard

Sleeps up to 4 Adults.

2 Bedroom Villa:

Views of Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Woods, Pool or Courtyard

Check In and Hospitality House:

The Check-in and Hospitality House is a very spacious and open area to sit and relax for your reservation to get ready, or to speak with a Cast Member about a dining reservation or other plans.

Transportation:

You have a variety of transportation options at the Yacht and Beach Club. Check out all these options to getting to the parks, Disney Springs and the waterparks!

  1. Bus – As with all Disney resorts there are buses that will take you whichever park you want to go to! They run on a regular basis and there are typically screens telling the schedule of when the next bus will be arriving.
  2. Ferry Boat – You can take a short Ferry Boat ride to Hollywood Studios
  3. Walking Path – There is a short walking path to the back entrance of Epcot.

Dining:

Both resorts have a variety of dining options from table serve to quick service to dine at.

From character breakfast to some great seafood options and some awesome ice cream, there is something for everyone here.

Here are the dining options at Beach Club:

Cape May Cafe – A New England inspired buffet that is open for Breakfast and Dinner. Breakfast is a character breakfast that features Minnie and her friends. Cape May Dinner is a surf and turf buffet.

Beaches & Cream Soda Shop – This is the soda parlor that you have to go to. It is classic soda shop food with amazing milk shakes and sundaes. This is one of the HARDEST to get reservation on Disney property due to how popular it is.

Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar and Grill – This is the poolside bar that is located at the main pool Stormalong Bay. There are some light entrees and salads available along with a large variety of drinks.

Martha’s Vineyard – A Cape Cod beach house inspired lounge and bar located at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. Enjoy a specialty cocktail or New England’s favorite Sam Adams beer.

Here are the dining options at the Yacht Club:

Ale & Compass Restaurant and Lounge – a gastropub style restaurant that features New England comfort food and seafood classics. Themed like you are eating at a lighthouse.

The Market at Ale & Compass – This is The Yacht Clubs Marketplace that features a quick service menu as well as merchandise.

Yachtsman Steakhouse – A New England style steakhouse that features premium cuts of steak and fresh seafood.

Crew’s Cup Lounge – A New England rowing club lounge and bar located right next to Yachtsman Steakhouse.

Shopping:

Beach Club Marketplace – a great quick service stop but also shop to get exclusive resort merchandise.

The Marketplace has a large variety of Disney merchandise and treats you can purchase.

There is also resort specific merchandise you can purchase for the Beach Club and some of the restaurants.

The grab and go section is great for some premade food and snacks along with some staples that you may want to take back to your room for the trip.

Resort Activities:

Campfires: On the Beach Club side 7 days a week 5:30-6:30.

Movie under the stars Beach Club Beachside or in the Solarium at 7pm nightly.

Lafferty Place Arcade is near Stormalong Bay.

Resort Pools:

Stormalong Bay

This is the 3-acre pool that is shared by both resorts. Stormalong Bay features a 230-foot-long waterslide and a lazy river. There are also 3 whirlpool spas.

3 Leisure Pools:

There are two leisure pools on the Beach Club side of the property and one on the Yacht Club side.

Other Amenities:

There are a lot of other fun amenities available at these two resorts. You can rent a Cabana at the pool. Rent a boat for a fishing excursion. Play tennis or volleyball and go on a job on the jogging trails.

There is also a fitness center for getting a workout in while on vacation. There is also a Disney Meeting and Event space at the resort.
