The breakfast buffet has pastries, muffins, Danishes and toast you can start off with. You can also find cereals near here as well, along with fresh fruit.

You can enjoy breakfast pancakes and the famous Mickey Waffles. Biscuits and Gravy are here as well.

The Eggs Benedict and Hashbrown Casserole are amazing. They also have Cheesy Scrambled Eggs, which the kids loved.

The carving station usually has ham for breakfast. Other meats available on the buffet are bacon, pork and chicken sausage.

Near the pastries you will find the famous Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup! Don’t let the name fool you, this soup will blow your mind! It is a cold soup, so that is also something different to enjoy!

Characters You Meet at 1900 Park fare:
You have the opportunity to meet four Wish Makers here at breakfast and dinner. Your hosts are celebrating the magical power of making a wish. They will come directly to your table to interact and talk with you.

Princess Tiana is dressed in her adventure outfit, as she’s ready for a day out in the bayou. She will talk about her wishes to be turned back from a frog and her restaurant.

Mirabel from Encanto comes over as well and talks about her casita. This is the first character dining that has someone from Encanto.

Aladdin dressed as Prince Ali comes and talks about his wishes from Genie.

Cinderella will come dressed in her gown. She’ll talk to you about the Fairy Godmother and the wishes she had that night.

the atmosphere:
The decor of 1900 Park Fare is a whimsical carousel theme. There are Disney-inspired Impressionist pieces of artwork on the walls.
It is very bright and fun in the dining room. You can tell it’s in the Grand Floridian when dining. The dining room is good sized, with enough room to interact with the characters when they come to your table.

The Wish Card and Autographs:
In lieu of autographs when the characters visit you, you will get a wish card. The wish card you will be instructed by the characters when they visit your table to fill out front of a card with your “wish.”
The back of the card has the autographs of all the characters you meet.

Character Dining Pricing:
One thing about Disney is you will pay a premium for the experience. Character Dining are some of the most expensive dining options on Disney property. The food at these character dining experiences are usually a preset menu or buffet family-style dining. Typically, people review the food as good, but not the best as other non-character dining menus. That goes back to what we said about paying the premium. Always remember when you are making the Character Dining reservations you are also paying for the experience of meeting and interacting with Disney characters.
1900 Park Fare Final Review:
This was one of the later restaurants and character dining to open up after the pandemic. They revamped the restaurant and theme while it was closed. They brought in Mirabel as well.
As far as a breakfast buffet goes, this was really good. It has all the staple breakfast items, but the menu is really put over the top with the Strawberry Soup. A lot of the different restaurants and resorts have specific and unique items to the restaurant or resort. The Strawberry Soup may be one of the best unique food items at any Disney restaurant.
We really enjoyed this breakfast experience and definitely would do it again. We look forward to hopefully trying the dinner sometime as well!
