Ohana is one of the most popular Disney restaurants. Located at the Polynesian Resort it is only open for breakfast and an early dinner starting at 3:30pm. We have eaten here many times for both meals. The Best Friends Breakfast is so awesome and what we are focusing on in this post. The Best Friends Breakfast features Lilo and Stitch along with Mickey and Pluto.

Atmosphere and Characters:

Ohana like the song, is really like a Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride with the Polynesian inspired food and fun Luau vibes. It is a huge dining room with lots of room. Breakfast is the most popular due to the character meet and greet. Dinner is also really good with the All You Care To Enjoy platters. The music is fun and fits perfectly with the theming. Disney songs reimaged to having a Hawaiian or Island theme.

The Best Friends Breakfast features Lilo and Stitch along with Mickey and Pluto. The character meet and greet is so fun. Each character will come and visit your table for a few minutes for pictures and other interactions. This is the only place at Walt Disney World where you can meet Lilo, so technically this is a rare meet and greet!

Breakfast Menu:

Breakfast is a set menu. There are some slight variations you can have made if you have an allergy or need something special. Everyone at the table adult or kids share from the same menu. Pricing for the Best Friends Breakfast is $45 for adults and $29 for children ages 3-9.

Please note: Menu Items are up to date as of the date of this post. The menu and specials and prices are subject to change.

Every table gets started with the FAMOUS Pineapple-Coconut Breakfast Bread, fresh fruit, and our families favorite drink of all-time POG (pineapple, orange, guava) juice, or as it is called at Ohana Stitch Juice.

POG juice is really all you need, but there are some other things you can try if you would like!

There are even some alcoholic beverages for your morning enjoyment. Try the Lapu Lapu, it’s in a pineapple!!!!

Again, Stitch Juice, or POG juice is the best choice.

Start your breakfast off with some fresh fruit and the Pineapple-Coconut Breakfast Bread. These will be brought out before the Ohana Breakfast Skillet is served. You can ask for seconds on anything they bring out too!

We say the Breakfast Bread is world famous, and ask anyone in the World Showcase of Epcot, because they will tell you it’s famous!

Our kids loved the fresh fruit. It is seasonal so you will get a variety of melons and berries.

The Mickey and Stitch Waffles are the kids favorite. Not only can you get the popular Mickey waffles, but they make Stitch waffles too!

The breakfast skillet features scrambled eggs, sausage links, Hawaiian ham with pineapple compote, and Jennie’s favorite the fried Island-style potatoes. They brought out two skillets for our family of five to share!

Plant Based and Allergy Options:

If you have any allergies or are on a plant based diet, make sure to let the cast member seating your and/or your server know before everything starts getting brought out to you.

Character Dining Pricing:

One thing about Disney is you will pay a premium for the experience. Character Dining are some of the most expensive dining options on Disney property. The food at these character dining experiences are usually a preset menu or buffet family-style dining. Typically, people review the food as good, but not the best as other non-character dining menus. That goes back to what we said about paying the premium. Always remember when you are making the Character Dining reservations you are also paying for the experience of meeting and interacting with Disney characters.

Ohana Breakfast’s Final Review:

Character dining is a ton of fun. A lot of people say the food is not as good as a normal sit down restaurant due to the added experience of the characters. Ohana Breakfast is the BEST! We love it, and try to eat here every trip. Our kids love the characters and they are even the greatest to our oldest who has some sensory issues when it comes to meeting characters. The food is some of the best breakfast we have had at a character dining experience. The music is fun and Cast Members are always amazing. We highly recommend it.
