Fossil Fun Games are the classic boardwalk style carnival games with a Dino-twist located in Dinoland, USA at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Many people when thinking Amusement Parks or Carnivals think of the rigged games that are all over the place asking for your money for a mega sized stuffed animal. Well Disney does NOT have any of those carnival games like a lot of other theme parks do continuously scattered throughout the park.

Fossil Fun Games is the only location in all of Orlando Florida’s Walt Disney World that has these carnival style games. Pixar Pier in Disneyland also is the only place out there that these games.

Games of skill and chance that anyone of any age can try. These are a variety of classic carnival game like a Basketball Shooting game, Ball Toss, Water Squirt game and a few others. The Comet Crashers and Bronto Score games can be played solo, or in groups.

The other games like Mammoth Marathon or Fossil Fueler are multiplayer games were more than one person is needed to play those. The good thing about the multiplayer games is that every game will have 1 winner!

Tips for Fossil Fun Games:

1. Vouchers are needed to play the games. The vouchers are tickets that must be purchased to play the games. You can get them from the stand near the games.
2. There is limited shade in the game area so if you play for a while have some water or drinks on hand.
3. Comet Crashers is probably the easiest game for the kids to play, but a winner is not guaranteed.

Prizes:

When visiting Chester and Hester’s Dino-Rama they created this roadside tourist attraction or “trap.” They wanted to get guests to hang out and spend a lot of money on their way to visit the Dino Institute.

The prizes are all the same at every game. They are a dinosaur stuffed animals from the Dino Institute and a Mickey and Minnie dressed in their Dino Institute gear as well.

Location:

Located in Dinoland, USA at Animal Kingdom. Fossil Fun Games is located right in the center of Chester and Hester’s Dino-Rama.

Hours:

Typically the games are running from 10am until 6pm.

If you want to play a specific game, you may want to check it out early. We have been there many times when all the games were not open to be played. There is no guarantee on the day you go that all the games will be open. It depends on staffing and weather among other things.
