Meeting Kevin at Animal Kingdom is one of the funniest interactions you can have with a Disney character. He wanders around Discovery Island for people to see and meet.

Kevin, is a female bird, incorrectly named Kevin by Russell in Disney and Pixar’s movie UP. She is thought to be the mythical bird called the “Snipe,” that sends people on wild goose chases.

Where can you Meet Kevin?

Kevin will be out and about walking around Discovery Island every day from 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. She is typically only out for about 15 minutes and will come out every 30 minutes.

Kevin does not have a spot or a line. He roams around Discovery Island but don’t worry you are not going to miss him if he is out. She stands around 12 feet tall with colorful feathers. Trust me if she is near you will see her or the crowd that gathers around her.

Can I take Picture with Kevin?

You can get a picture with Kevin, but she does not typically stop moving. Since she does not have a meet and greet area you will find her walking around.

Your best bet for a picture is going to be a walking in front of her and taking a selfie.
