Location and Hours:
The Maya Grill is located in the conference area past the Gran Destino Tower. It is down the hall from El Mercado de Coronado. It is only open from dinner currently from 5-10pm.
Atmosphere:
The large Mexican-style dining room is bright and full of color. The Mayan decorations give off a vibe that you are in an authentic Mexican dining room.
Maya Grill Menu:
The menu at Maya grill has something for everyone. From some great appetizers to amazing entrees, the menu definitely has something everyone will love.
Starters:
The starters feature Fiesta Nachos and a really tasty Southwestern Tortilla Soup. Full menu for the appetizers is below.
Please note: Menu Items are up to date as of the date of this post. The menu and specials and prices are subject to change.

Salads:
One of my favorite foods is a good Taco Salad. And let me tell you, this one does not disappoint! The full salad menu is here.

Entrees:
The entrees here are a great mix of Mexican and America food. The Queso Fundido Burger was my favorite and my husband love the Baja Fish Tacos. The full entree menu is right here!

Skillets:
These Fajita Skillets are one of the best things on Maya Grill’s menu. The Beef or Chicken Fajita Skillet is a definite winner!

Maya Grill Sides:
Need a side to go along with your meal, try one of these awesome side dishes along with your main course.

Kids Menu:
The kids have a salad or fruit cup available as an appetizer.

The Kids’ Entrees have classic kids’ meal options like chicken tenders or macaroni and cheese along with tacos or a quesadilla!

The kids also have two dessert options available.

Desserts:
There are not many dessert options like other Disney restaurants, but they are really good!

Drink Menu:
The Specialty Beverages range from non-alcoholic drinks to specialty margaritas. Menu and pricing is below.

Beer Menu:
This is the beer menu that almost all the restaurants on Disney properties have.

Wine Menu:
A nice selection of wine can be found at Maya Grill. You can get bottles or glasses of the wines available.

Cocktails:
Maya Grill has a specialty cocktail menu for the restaurant. Enjoy a variety of Spanish inspired drinks.

Tequila Menu:
As with all Mexican restaurants you can find a nice selection of tequila to enjoy.

Maya Grill’s Cancellation Policy:
If you can’t make your reservation, make sure to call and cancel at least 2 hours prior to your reservation time. If you fail to do this, you can be changed a $10 fee per person.
This is a major and recent change to Disney’s Dining Cancellation Policy. Prior to this change you had to cancel your reservations 24 hours in advance in order to avoid the fee.
- Cancellation Advice: If you miss the 2-hour window still try calling the Dining reservation number to talk to them. Disney may be able to still help you out with the cancellation and possibly avoid the fee depending on the reasoning.
Walk-Up Reservations:
If you can’t make a reservation, you may be able to get on the list for a walk-up reservation. I would suggest to first check the app or give them a call.
If you are close to the restaurant, the app usually will tell the walk-up wait time, or if they are even taking walk-ups, are this time.
