Kona Island is a little corner coffee and pastry bar located on the second level of the Polynesian Resort lobby. There is a separate menu for breakfast and from lunch on there is sushi and dessert you can get.

Kona Island is a little coffee bar that is located right next to Kona Cafe. It is a great way to start your day off with one of their coffee options or breakfast sandwich or pastry. For lunch you can enjoy sushi or a variety of dessert options. Open from 6:30am to 8pm enjoy some coffee, sushi or dessert before or after heading to the parks.

Breakfast:

For breakfast you can get a Bacon, Cheddar and Egg Croissant or one of their breakfast pastries or muffins.

If you want to start your day off with a kick you can try Joffrey’s Kona Blend Coffee with Bailey’s Irish Cream.

The full coffee bar offers a variety of drinks you can get to jumpstart your day. Enjoy hot tea or a cold beverage as well if you prefer.

All Day Drinks:

These coffee options are available all day from Kona Island.

The beverage cooler is stocked with a variety of cold drinks as well.

Pastries and desserts are available all day. The Stitch and Angel cupcakes were our favorite dessert we tried. They are a Stitch peanut butter filled cupcake and an Angel jelly filled cupcake.

Lunch and Dinner:

When lunch starts you can get two different sushi options. There is a Spicy Tuna Roll and California roll. Jennie loves these are those are two of her favorite sushi rolls.

There are also a variety of Mini Desserts you can get as well. The desserts are priced nicely and there is a good variety available.

Overall Review of Kona Island:

This is a quaint coffee bar with limited food options, but a nice variety of coffee and desserts. It was great for us to start the day with a drink and pastry before heading to the parks. The sushi was really good as well.

Geyser Point Bar and Grill – Geyser Point Bar & Grill is set right off of Wilderness Lodge’s Copper Creek Springs Pool with beautiful views of Bay Lake. This lounge style open-air restaurant has a world-class Bison Cheeseburger that is talked about all over the resort.

Barcelona Lounge – The Barcelona Lounge at Coronado Springs Resort is an espresso bar and a Spanish-style Gin and Tonic hub. Open for breakfast and until 12pm and then for the evening from 3pm until midnight.
