Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort just had the immaculate Gran Destino Tower opened in 2019. The Barcelona Lounge is a breakfast bar and then reopens at 3pm for an afternoon and late nightcap. Serving a variety of specialty coffee and espresso drinks and also featuring specialty Gin & Tonics you can get a variety of tasty drinks and libations.

Location:

Located just below the stairs of the Gran Destino Tower main lobby and check-in area.

Atmosphere:

With the Spanish-theme, guests can enjoy a Barcelona-like vibe while sipping a drink and enjoying views of Lake Dorado. The beautiful stained glass wall behind the bar fills the area with warmth and brightness.

Barcelona Lounge Morning Menu:

This bar really features the coffee and drink specialties but a small food menu is available. The Breakfast menu features some awesome breakfast croissants and a variety of pastries you can get.

Morning Coffee and Drinks:

The morning drink menu has some amazing Spanish Coffee for you to enjoy. There are a couple available with alcohol if you care to indulge in that. The full bar menu is typically not available during the breakfast time.

Evening Menu:

The afternoon and evening lounge menu has a small appetizer menu and a lot more drinks. I personally think the breakfast food menu is better because you can get a full breakfast item, whereas the lounge menu only has appetizers. The drink menu is extensive and has a great variety for everyone. From coffees to non-alcoholic specialties and a Gin & Tonic menu there are some great libations to enjoy.

Barcelona Lounge Final Review:

This bar is in a pretty open and well traveled area. It can be pretty loud and busy at times. It is not as quiet as some of the other lounges on Disney property. The decor and atmosphere are beautiful and the selections of drinks available is quiet large. It is a great place to grab something for breakfast, or to enjoy a nightcap.
