Meet Ariel at Her Grotto in Fantasyland at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Meet the Little Mermaid inside her grotto with all of her treasures she has collected.

As we shared in our Princess Fairytale Hall post, meeting Disney characters are some of main reasons people visit Disney World. You can Meet Ariel at Her Grotto. Inside her Grotto, Ariel shows off all her treasures she has found on the ocean floor.

The meet and greet with Ariel lasts for about 3 minutes or so.

Location:

You can Meet Ariel at Her Grotto in the back of Fantasyland at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Ariel’s Grotto is located just down the path past Gaston’s Tavern and Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid.

Lighting Lane:

Lightning Lane is available for this meet and greet, and it can be purchased via the My Disney Experience App with Genie+. Typically, this is a pretty fast attraction, but times do get long on busy days.

Handicapped Accessibility:

Those in Wheelchairs or ECVs can ride all the way through the que. The person can stay in their chair for the meet and greet too!

Characters:

At this location you meet Ariel, the Little Mermaid. This is Ariel from the cartoon version. You can meet Ariel from the live action Little Mermaid movie at Hollywood Studios.

Review:

Meeting the Disney Princesses is almost as iconic as meeting Mickey and Minnie. Ariel is a lot of fun to meet and talk to! Don’t forget your autograph book.
