On the Rocks Pool Bar is the bar located at the High Rock Spring Pool at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. Grab a tasty cocktail or one of their non-alcoholic while relaxing poolside.
The On the Rocks Pool Bar is the bar located right next to the High Rock Spring Pool. This bar has a variety of specialty drinks, wines, bottled beer, canned beer, beer on draft and some non-alcoholic drinks too. There are also some smoothies the kids will love.
It is open from 11:00 to 10:00pm. There is no food served at this bar.
Please note: From January 2023 until March 2023 On the Rocks Pool Bar will be closed for refurbishment.
On The Rocks Pool bar Menu:
There are two featured cocktails available along with the full bar. This bar also features the specialty cocktails available at almost every Disney Resort Bar. Enjoy a libation while hanging by the pool.

This is a pretty straight forward pool bar. A good variety of drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are available to help quench your thirst while you have a pool day.
