The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is one of Walt Disney World’s most beloved annual events — and for good reason! It’s a perfect mix of global flavors, unique drinks, and Disney magic. Whether you’re a foodie, a family looking to try new tastes, or just want to snack your way through the park, this guide will help you make the most of your visit.

What Is the Food & Wine Festival?

Every year at EPCOT (typically late summer through fall), this festival features dozens of global marketplaces (aka food booths) offering small plates, drinks, and desserts from around the world.

You can stroll, snack, and sip around World Showcase and even into some areas of World Discovery and World Nature. The festival also features the Eat to the Beat Concert series.

2025 Dates: The Festival runs from August 28 until November 22.

Festival Highlights:

Here are the highlights of the festival and what to look for. From food to drinks to special events and music, the festival has something for everyone!

Global Marketplaces

Think little tasting stops around the world — from Italy to India, Brazil to Belgium, and everywhere in between. Each booth offers 2–3 small food items and 1–2 drinks (including cocktails, wine, or beer).

Pro Tip: Portions are small, so share with your group to try more!

Live Music: Eat to the Beat Concert Series

Grab a snack, find a spot, and enjoy nightly live performances at the America Gardens Theatre.
Bands range from throwback favorites to current artists (included with park admission!).

Family-Friendly Fun

Even with a foodie focus, kids will love it too!

  • Emile’s Fromage Montage: Try 5 cheese-based dishes across the park and get a free treat at the end.
  • Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak: A scavenger hunt around World Showcase that’s fun for all ages — and comes with a cute prize when completed.

Special Events & Dining Extras

In select years, Disney has offered:

  • Food & Wine seminars or tastings (for adults only).
  • Mixology classes or wine pairings (also adults only)
  • Concert Series Dining Package – This is a package where you will eat at one of the sit-down restaurants, but also have a guaranteed seat at one of the concerts.

Tips for Making the Most of the Festival

1. Start Early

The booths open at 11:00 AM. Crowds are lower, and it’s not as hot!

2. Pick Up a Festival Passport

These are free at the park entrance or booths and help you track what you’ve tried — plus you can collect stamps for each stop!

3. Budget Wisely

Each booth item ranges from $5–$9. Set a snack budget per person or load a Disney gift card to keep spending in check.

4. Use Mobile Order for Regular Dining

Lines at booths can be long — plan regular meals via mobile ordering if you need a break or full-size portion.

5. Stay Hydrated!

It’s easy to forget when sipping cocktails, but water is essential in that Florida sun. Bring a refillable bottle or ask for free cups of water at quick-service locations.

6. Use the Festival for Lunch or Dinner

You can often skip traditional meals and just graze through the booths — it’s a great way to turn tasting into a full meal!

The BEST Food and Wine Picks:

Some of our favorite items from Epcot Food and Wine Festival are these:

Brew Wing Lab – Muppets theming and Wings! What more is there to say. All the wings are great, but Chad loves the Peanut Butter and Jelly Sticky Wings.

Belgium – Belgium Waffle with Berry Compote and Whipped Cream is one of the kids favorite times.

Canada – Jennie’s favorite is the Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Soup from Canada.

Whether you’re there for the food, the music, the scavenger hunts, or the wine, EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival is an experience you don’t want to miss.

It’s one of the best ways to enjoy EPCOT at your own pace — tasting, exploring, and making magical memories along the way.
